In cas you do not follow the rules, the hotel cannot be held responsible, if you are not admitted on the course. The booked packages cannot be changed.
If you wish to cancel greenfees, you shouls do it 7 days in advance. If not, wehave to pay them. Can we ask you to respect these terms, otherwise we will be forced to charge you the cancelled greenfees.
In cas greenfees are cancelled because of the weather, the package price will be automatically adapted.
If you wish to book supplementary greenfees, the hotel will charge 12,50 € per course.
Buggies are payable on the course by the golfers themselves.
ROYAL ARDENNEThis is the private golf course of the Belgien Royal Family. Handicap MUST be maximum 36 and correct golf clothing is asked, as well as polite behaviour.
In case not, the Captain can refuse you the entrance on the course !
